Scare Crow Streamer Bird Repellent

Keep birds and other pesky animals out of gardens, ponds, lawns and more with the humane Scare Crow Streamer, a motion-activated sprinkler that stands guard at all hours of the day and night.

This humane, environmentally friendly bird control product is great for keeping herons and cranes out of koi ponds, woodpeckers off neighboring trees or siding, starlings and grackles from fruit trees and gardens, ducks and geese from pools, plus pigeons and all birds from patios, lawns, and other outdoor areas where a short burst of water is not a problem. The Scare Crow Streamer is also effective at keeping rabbits, deer and other animals from gardens and cats and dogs off lawns humanely.

When an intruding bird or animal is "seen" by the motion sensor, the Scare Crow Streamer lets go of a 3 second burst of water. The startling combination of sound, movement and the "attack" from the jet plume of water creates an unpleasant experience and recalls instinctual flight survival response in the problem bird or animal, causing it to leave the area quickly.

The Scare Crow Streamer has an ultra-low energy trigger mechanism, so the 9 volt batteryrun for months and fire thousands of times before needing replacement. This bird control device’s water-conserving design uses only about 2 cups of water for each "burst." The Scare Crow Streamer even has smart sensors that reduce sensitivity in high wind conditions to prevent false triggering making it an environmentally friendly and humane bird deterrent that will work at all hours and most weather conditions.

Installation/Set-up of Scare Crow Streamer

1. Position the Scarecrow so the area you wish to protect is within its 105 degree detection area. Avoid pointing it at any objects where movement may cause "false triggering" ie: sidewalks, roads or waterfalls.
2. Adjust the sensitivity dial to the lowest setting that will still pick up your target animal, (see chart on page 6 in the instruction manual).
3. Fine tune the sprinkler to ensure the water covers the area you wish to protect.
