Use a CD, media player or similar sound system. Install speakers as high as possible and away from infestation / roosting areas. Install additional speakers + visual devices at strategic locations to discourage potential roosting elsewhere. Camouflage speakers using wood siding, tree bark, etc.  Combine with visual devices

Various starling, crow, grackle alarm / distress + red-tail, goshawk sounds occur intermittently throughout the 35 minute CD.  LOUD sounds typically distort avian auditory reception. Experiment at low volume and adjust as necessary.

All scare products work best when used in combination with each other as they increase the birds fear and flight response to the perceived predator threat.
