FireFly MET Bird Tower Flapper/ Bird Diverter .
The FireFly MET Bird Tower Flapper bird diverter reduces bird collisions with MET towers / guy wires using motion, reflectivity, and light emissions to alert the birds to an upcoming obstruction. The Firefly bird diverter is affected by direct wind and indirect wire movement increasing visibility. The Firefly’s glow-in-the-dark feature provides luminescence up to 10 hours at night, fog / low light conditions.
Target Birds: All bird species and bats.
Material: Acrylic Plastic 1/8“ x 3. 5” x 7” x 2 oz flapper -impact-resistant and UV-stabilized. (--30 F. to 160 F.) Fluorescent Reflective Sheeting – 10-12 hour glow-in-the dark light emitted.

GUY WIRES: Drop forged galvanized cable clamp attachment with Nylock Elastic Stop Nut to accommodate Fits cables 3/16 – 1/2” diameter diameter guy wires. Optional: Snap Fast Clamp for 1/2" - 1" wire. Uses a stainless steel wire rope clip, which is made for smooth or spiral wrap guy wires in these diameters: 1/8″, 3/16″, 1/4″, 5/16″, 3/8″, 7/16″, and 1/2″.
